Event Point Efficiency — The Headline Gem

This is the page most guides won’t give you. Scoring events (Strongest Leader, Personal Events, Hell Events, and the training/building stages of Government War) reward the same activities you do anyway — but only if you do them during the right stage with resources and speedups banked. Done right, your normal progression doubles as a leaderboard run.

Training associates awards points scaled by tier. Upgrading lower-tier associates into higher ones awards points too — which is why the highest-value play is to unlock the highest tier you can, then convert low → high during training stages.

Reading it: a single T4 train (15 pts) is worth fifteen T1 trains. Points scale faster than the resource/time cost in many cases, so the player who has unlocked higher tiers and saved resources + training speedups for the training stage crushes the one who trained T1s all week in dead air.

Each event stage’s activity list is hidden until the previous stage ends. You don’t know whether the next stage rewards building or training until it starts. Veterans therefore keep two stockpiles ready at all times:

  • Building stockpile: construction speedups + the resources for a queued, ready-to-finish upgrade.
  • Training stockpile: training speedups + resources + a backlog of associates to train/upgrade.

When the stage flips, you dump the matching stockpile and rocket up the bracket while everyone else scrambles. Never spend either stockpile on routine, non-event progress.

Spending timing — not total spend — separates server-dominators from the middle of the pack. The same speedup is worth ~0 leaderboard value in dead air and a full bracket-jump during the right stage. Treat speedups and resources as ammunition, not currency to burn on convenience.
